Craig Mark West

Craig is a senior mechanical engineer at CUH with deep expertise in systems maintenance, medical gases, and operational safety, contributing to healthcare infrastructure since 2011 with dedication and technical excellence.

Paul Luxton

With 15+ years in healthcare estates, Paul leads maintenance services and drives operational excellence, focusing on safety, carbon reduction, emergency preparedness, and digital asset management across NHS environments.

Ella Keenan

With 15+ years across the NHS, construction, and charity sectors, Ella brings a data-driven approach to streamlining operations, improving services, and delivering efficient, well-organised systems across diverse projects.

Victoria Ackland

Victoria has 20+ years in NHS, excelling as a manager in Estates and Facilities at Somerset NHS. She collaborates with clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and exceptional services.

Adam Gaskin

Adam has 18+ years in construction and engineering, including 6 in the NHS. He’s passionate about compliant systems, driving efficiencies, and supporting innovation within healthcare engineering environments.
