Darren Kirk

Darren is the Managing Director at Fire Safety Partnership delivering expert fire safety solutions for NHS and other sectors. He ensures compliance on complex projects, advises nationally, and contributes to global fire safety leadership.

Craig Mark West

Craig is a senior mechanical engineer at CUH with deep expertise in systems maintenance, medical gases, and operational safety, contributing to healthcare infrastructure since 2011 with dedication and technical excellence.

Paul Luxton

With 15+ years in healthcare estates, Paul leads maintenance services and drives operational excellence, focusing on safety, carbon reduction, emergency preparedness, and digital asset management across NHS environments.

Ella Keenan

With 15+ years across the NHS, construction, and charity sectors, Ella brings a data-driven approach to streamlining operations, improving services, and delivering efficient, well-organised systems across diverse projects. She is currently Deputy Estates and Facilities Admin Manager at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. 

Victoria Ackland

Victoria has 20+ years in NHS, excelling as a manager in Estates and Facilities at Somerset NHS. She collaborates with clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and exceptional services.

Adam Gaskin

Adam is the Engineering Development Manager at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and has 18+ years in construction and engineering, including 6 in the NHS. He’s passionate about compliant systems, driving efficiencies, and supporting innovation within healthcare engineering environments.

Matt Taylor

Director of Estates at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust with 18+ years in the NHS, from apprentice electrician to strategic leadership. Passionate about high-performing teams, innovative estates solutions, and creating safe, efficient environments for staff and patients through compliance and quality.

Carrie-Ann Cruickshank

After pivoting from finance to healthcare 25 years ago, Carrie-Ann has become a leading voice in NHS Estates and Facilities - now serving as Associate Director of EFM Business Performance, Governance & EBME at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

Nicholas Powell

Nicholas is a Senior Electrical Engineer and NHS Estates Officer, specialising in HV/LV systems, energy performance, and AI-driven automation. As an Authorised Person (HV/LV) at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Chair of the NHS Electrical Safety Group, he leads safety, innovation, and collaboration across NHS trusts.

Alison Edmundson

With over 20 years in Estates and Facilities management, Alison specialises in governance, performance, and regulatory compliance. She leads EFCD Compliance and Business Management at UHS NHS FT, ensuring efficiency, high service standards, and strategic alignment.
